Cocktail Recipe

150 ml   Brut Champagne

15   ml   Grand Marnier Liqueur

15   ml   Remy Martin V.S.O.P. Cognac 

1  cube  Lump Sugar

1 dash   Angustura Aromatic Bitters

 

Glass          Champagne Flute

Method      Pour

 

Mixture

In a chilled champagne flute, soak lump sugar with angustura aromatic bitters; Pour grand marnier liqueur, remy martin and fill with chilled brut champagne

Garnish      Twist of Orange Peel
