Frozen Cafe Amor

Coffee Recipe

50   ml   Espresso 7gm/frozen coffee

40   ml   Amaretto Disaronno Liqueur

10   ml   Tia Maria Coffee Liqueur

3  tubs   Granulated White Sugar

 

Glass         Poco Grande or Soda Glass

Method      Blend

 

Mixture

In a blender, combine all ingredients with the  crushed ice. blend well at high speed and pour into a chilled poco grande or soda glass.  Top with whipping Cream.

Garnish      Red Cherry
