45   ml   Bols Peach Schnapps Liqueur

15   ml   Malibu Coconut Rum Liqueur

120 ml   Del Monte Pineapple Juice

1 dash   Campari Bitter Liqueur Aperitif

 

Glass          Highball

Method      Shake and Strain

 

Mixture

In a shaker with ice cubes, combine all ingredients; shake and strain into a chilled highball glass over ice cubes.

Garnish      Pineapple Slice & Red Cherry
