Pimento Delight

Cocktail Recipe

15   ml   Bacardi 151-Proof Rum

45   ml   Pimento Dram Allspice Liqueur

60   ml   Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice

60   ml   Del Monte Pineapple Juice

1  dash   Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice

1  dash   Pomegranate(Grenadine)Syrup

 

Glass         Highball

Method      Shake and Strain

 

Mixture

In a shaker with ice cubes, combine all ingredients; shake and strain into a chilled highball glass over ice cubes.

Garnish   Pineapple Stick & Red Cherry
