45   ml   Bols Peach Schnapps Liqueur

20   ml   Cointreau Triple Sec Liqueur

15   ml   Sorbetta Strawberry Liqueur

30   ml   Simple Syrup (2 sugar>1 water)

6    pcs   Fresh Strawberries Fruits

1  dash   Dairy America Light Cream

 

Glass         Poco Grande

Method      Blend / Frozen

 

Mixture

In a blender, combine all ingredients with the crushed ice. Blend well at high speed and pour into a chilled poco grande glass
