15   ml   Beefeater London Dry Gin

45   ml   Passion Fruit Pulp

45   ml   Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice

Glass         Poco Grande

Method      Flash Blend

Mixture

In a blender, combine all ingredients with the crushed ice. Blend at low speed and pour into a chilled poco grande glass

Garnish      Orange Slice and Red Cherry
