Note: You can use any kind of fresh fruit, juices and choices cream such as: coconut cream, condensed milk, heavy cream or evaporated milk.

60   ml   Cachaca ypioca empajada prata

45   ml   Coco Lopez Coconut Cream

45   ml   Del Monte Pineapple Juice

45   ml   Heavy Cream

1     pc   Fresh Passion fruit

1  slice   Fresh Pineapple Fruit

Glass         Poco Grande

Method      Blend / Frozen

Mixture

In a blender, combine all ingredients with crushed ice. Blend well at high

speed   and pour into a chilled poco grande glass; Top with fresh passion fruit
