Cocktail Recipe

  60   ml   Johnnie Walker Scotch Whiskey

  15   ml   Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice

  30   ml   Bennett's Honey

180   ml   Fresh Boiling Water

    4   pc   Cloves

Glass         Hot Mug

Method      Pour and Stir

Mixture

In a hot mug fill two-thirds or 180 ml with boiling water put lemon juice, honey and cloves with lemon peel. Add the Johnnie Walker Scotch Whiskey and Stir.

Garnish      Lemon Peel or Lemon Slice
