60   ml   Bacardi Superior Rum            

15   ml   Campari Bitters   

60   ml   Del Monte Pineapple Juice

15   ml   Simple Syrup(2 sugar >1 water)

15   ml   Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice

Glass         Old Fashioned

Method      Shake/ Strain

Mixture

In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients with ice cubes. shake and strain into old fashioned glass with ice cubes

Garnish    Pineapple Slice & Red Cherry
